Thomas Molieri, Owner

Tom began his career in HVAC by observing an installation in progress, beginning an apprenticeship, and transitioning to a paid role. Tom now retains NATE certification with specialties in Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps. Tom’s partnerships with industry leaders like Carrier and Mitsubishi allow AirMaster to offer customers state-of-the-art equipment, solutions, and techniques that meet and exceed their comfort needs. He is involved in every aspect of the business from marketing to maintenance. Tom has an incredible recollection of calls and customers that provide a seamless customer experience and preserve community connections. He utilizes purposeful hiring, tailored training, current certifications, and regular evaluation of himself and his team to implement the company vision and values from the office to the field.

Tom is a family man and enjoys the great outdoors in his free time. He is also an active crossfitter and foodie. In the warmer months, you may glimpse the grill master himself treating the team to his culinary masterpieces on a sunny afternoon.

Danielle Miserendino, Office Manager

Danielle joined the AirMaster family in 2021 as an administrative assistant.

She has created, taught, and implemented systems to keep the office operations smooth and paced the company with AirMaster’s monumental growth in the last year. Danielle has a passion for customer service and always strives to leave customers and coworkers feeling more welcome than they did before. Danielle is an incredible designer and organizer, and her work is often featured on our social media. Her office feels like home, always ready with a sweet treat and a peaceful space. Danielle enjoys backpacking, painting, tattoos, and the great outdoors.

Chris Boas, Installation and Service Manager

With over a decade of hands-on HVAC experience, Christopher leads Airmaster’s installation and service operations with precision and dedication. He began his career in the industry as an apprentice in 2014 and has since built a strong foundation in service, maintenance, and installation before stepping into his current leadership role.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, working out, and spending time with his family. Christopher is proud to be part of the Airmaster family and looks forward to meeting you soon.
