Excellent service !! David was punctual with Very good customer service skills. He was Very knowledgeable while simplifying things so someone who has no hvac training can understand. David identified the probelm(s) and prevented another one from happening . My ac hasn’t blew this cold in 5 years . Thanks David for your welcoming persona and tips and tricks to keep my unit running properly . He needs more stars . Air master did a fine job hiring David . I’ll be calling you guys for all my hvac needs and hopefully I can request David again . He makes me want to change careers and become a hvac tech . Thanks again

I'm very glad to have a comfortable house again. The dispatched tech, Dave, was great. He knew his stuff and was very personable. He explained the repairs and answered my questions clearly. He did recommend replacement of my system (which I was expecting due to its age), but I did not get a hard sell, which was appreciated.

Have had ongoing issues with my central AC unit since it was installed. Finally had enough with that company and called AirMaster. They were able to get the tech Jordan out the next day.Jordan arrived on time and ran some diagnostic tests and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Jordan assured us it was an easy fix and provided a fair service charge for the work performed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If you’re looking for true professionals AirMaster should be your first call.

The next day response at 0805 to yesterday’s call for a new noise from one of my AC condensers. Nothing found for now. Showed Jared the systems throughout the house and talked about ourselves a bit. He was able, available, and affable—What more could I want?! Here’s hoping Airbase avoids the blandishments of private equity.

We contacted Airmaster to have 4 mini splits installed in our Philadelphia row home. Airmaster responds promptly and professionally in every interaction. They’re knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Jordan is an amazing technician, he was so thorough and diagnosed the split Fujitsu’s problem, I have, correctly. He came off hours and was able to quickly get the parts ordered and installed in less than one week. AirMaster you guys are the best!

Overall, great first time experience with AirMaster Heating & Cooling. Technician Jared Etherton was about to quickly diagnose the issue and offered solutions. Communication each of the steps he was taking and provided clear reasoning behind his recommendations.

Jared and his partner were great. They got our issue (leaking AC) fixed quickly and were even able to show up two days early due to some smart logistics.

Ryan arrived when scheduled and made the extra effort to install a damper in the (small) crawl space so that we didn’t need to cut the ceiling. Job well done!
